Today, the world is changing at an unprecedented pace, and the circumstances surrounding change are characterized by widespread uncertainty. Structural challenges, namely, a hazy economic situation and labor shortages, are becoming apparent, and society as a whole is approaching a major turning point.
Against this backdrop, dramatic advances AI technology in recent years are driving a transformation toward new business models that integrate physical, on-the-ground knowledge with digital technology for application in all sorts of scenarios and across all industry sectors. Our clients also see these changes as opportunities and are working to add greater value to products and services through an embrace of new technology.
We are accelerating the evolution of our corporate group into a collection of companies that, as a partner to clients taking on the challenge of transformation, respond flexibly and convincingly to all changes and create new value together with clients.
As a step on the road toward this destination, on July 1, 2026, TIS and INTEC merged, and the resulting company was effectively renamed TISI, Inc. This opened a new chapter in the Group’s history. The purpose of this merger was to reinforce corporate value by enhancing value exchange with clients and society and by facilitating flexible allocation of management capital targeting strategic investments in technology and cutting-edge talent.
Going forward, the Group remains committed to solving issues of concern to clients and beyond, to society, as a mover creating a brightly colored future based on the shared values of OUR PHILOSOPHY, the basic philosophy that defines the qualities that make us unique.
