Quality Management System
In TISI's Quality Management System (QMS), we appoint a company-wide QMS Promotion Manager and a Service Quality Supervision Manager as part of the quality governance organizational structure. Each division has a Business Unit QMS Promotion Manager and a Business Unit Service Quality Supervision Manager as part of the business organizational structure. Within the TIS INTEC Group, the quality governance organization of TISI takes the lead in close collaboration with each group company to reduce risks and capture business opportunities across the entire group.

The president appoints the director responsible for QMS management, who is assigned all authority and responsibility for QMS activities and manages activities as part of the quality governance organization. -
Director responsible for QMS management
Responsible for executing QMS activities to boost service quality (value) Company-wide; appoints the corporate QMS promotion manager and the corporate service quality supervision manager to promote specific activities. -
Corporate QMS promotion manager
Responsible for promoting measures to meet targets for boosting Company-wide service quality (value); plans, operates, and evaluates Company-wide QMS activities. -
Corporate service quality supervision manager
Responsible for implementing service quality control (formulating, operating, and improving measures, as well as Company-wide reviews and monitoring) in relation to the Company's entire service life cycle including development projects. -
Business unit head
Responsible for executing QMS activities to boost the business unit's service quality (value); appoints the business unit QMS promotion manager and the business unit service quality supervision manager to promote specific activities based on the policies announced by the director responsible for QMS management. -
Business unit QMS promotion manager
Responsible for promoting measures to meet targets for boosting the business unit's service quality (value); plans, operates, and evaluates the business unit's QMS activities. -
Business unit service quality supervision manager
Responsible for implementing service quality control (formulating, operating, and improving measures, as well as organizational reviews and monitoring) in relation to the business unit's entire service life cycle including development projects.
