Client-Oriented Initiatives

Through a robust approach to communication with clients, we build bonds of trust and create new value together. Here, we describe efforts to deliver greater value to clients and initiatives that drive client satisfaction higher.

TIS INTEC Group Business Summit

Each year, we hold the TIS INTEC Group Business Summit as a forum for introducing services and initiatives leveraging advanced technologies and expertise for the realization of a sustainable digital society.
The most recent event, in July 2026, featured a keynote speech by Yoichi Ito, Dean of the Faculty of Entrepreneurship at Musashino University and the author of the best-selling business book Speak in One Minute. The program also included a total of 30 sessions delivered by various Group companies and showcased a total of 46 solutions. While client-led case studies and panel discussions remained the perennial favorites, cutting-edge technology also appeared to be of great interest, with several AI-themed sessions drawing more than 1,000 viewing registrations. In addition, we presented examples of collaboration within the Group as well as services and solutions, maximizing audience access to reach a large number of clients with information that enabled them to gain a deeper understanding of the value that we provide as a corporate group.
Going forward, we will take a more robust approach to client engagement, facilitating efforts to deliver forward-looking solutions designed to address the challenges faced by our clients and, by extension, issues affecting society.

Client Satisfaction Survey

We seek to create sustainable value based on the relationships of trust we have with our clients, and toward this end, we constantly monitor client satisfaction and strive to improve it. As part of these efforts, we conduct an annual Client Satisfaction Survey targeting clients with whom we have an ongoing business relationship. It helps us understand their views on the quality of our services and the value we provide in an objective manner and gives us insights for further improvements.
In the fiscal 2026 survey, our standing as an indispensable business partner—a core metric for client relations—remained high overall, but we saw a slight shift. Clients still viewed our ability to respond to project demands quite favorably but felt there was room for improvement regarding proposals and information-sharing. This impacted our overall evaluation.
Going forward, we will strive to meet client expectations with tailored proposals and information directly aimed at solving the management issues cited by many clients in the survey, namely the need to improve and strengthen business processes, differentiate products and services, and enhance value. With about 75% of surveyed clients indicating that AI will be a focus of IT investment over the next three years, we will make greater use of AI technologies to unlock new value to address such challenges. Group companies conduct surveys of their own, and the insights gained are shared groupwide to boost overall value proposition capabilities. More and more clients regard us as an indispensable business partner and indicate their intention to maintain and further expand their business with us. In response, we will continue to carefully analyze client comments and requests and implement effective initiatives across the Group. Through these efforts, we will realize further improvement in client satisfaction and create value fine-tuned to client needs. Our client and service satisfaction score, which includes the results of the client satisfaction survey, is an important metric used to track corporate value on a groupwide basis. We also utilize survey results as a component of stakeholder satisfaction, a non-financial indicator used to calculate performance-linked compensation for TISI directors.
